Navy wanted to improve the way candidates are recruited and, specifically, to reinforce the idea that the Navy is a multicultural institution with equal opportunities for all. One of the main ways to achieve this goal was to create a new website that was visually impactful, got people talking, and prioritized the information that candidates wanted to see most. www.navy.com
